Mid- to Senior-Level Health Care Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 3 years of commercial litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in concentrating on healthcare litigation or prior experience in health care litigation or another highly regulated field, or both. Prior prosecutorial experience or experience in a healthcare-related field is also a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in New York State. Must have strong verbal, written, advocacy, and interpersonal skills and demonstrate an interest in exposure to client-facing roles on substantial and complex engagements.
