Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Provide legal service within a sophisticated practice.
- Assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law.
- Work with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:
- At least three to five years of experience in employment law matters.
- Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
- Prior employment litigation experience on the management side.
- Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience preferred.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
