Law Firm is looking for an experienced immigration attorney to join our team. We are a Minneapolis based law firm with over 20 years of experience in immigration law. Our attorneys specialize in family-based, humanitarian-based and employment-based immigration matters.

We are seeking an immigration attorney with immigration experience through any combination of internships/clerkships/coursework. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, outstanding organizational skills as well as intercultural communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Fluency in Spanish language is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of immigration matters, including preparing appeals, motions, and petitions; and representing clients before the Immigration Court, . Citizenship & Immigration Services, . Department of State and other agencies.
