Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on public finance transactions, including bond issuances, tax-exempt financings, and infrastructure projects - Structure, document, and close taxable and tax-exempt financing transactions in compliance with federal and state securities and tax laws, as well as local borrowing laws - Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex financial matters - Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop innovative solutions for financing transactions - Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations - Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service - Participate in business development and marketing initiatives to expand the firm's client base Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as an Attorney, with a focus on public finance - Currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - Strong knowledge of federal and state securities and tax laws, as well as local borrowing laws - Excellent academic credentials and communication skills - Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Salary and Benefits: - Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $230,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications - Annual discretionary bonus potential - Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, optional HSA/FSA, disability insurance, dental and vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation and sick time, and more - Professional development opportunities and a collaborative, supportive work environment Join the team at Clark Hill and work with a diverse and talented group of attorneys to provide exceptional service to our clients.
