The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of litigation experience and will have substantial experience in employment litigation both at the federal and state levels. Additionally, a successful candidate must have an outstanding academic record, excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities, and be an effective written and verbal communicator.

The Employment Litigation will join a team of attorneys with a diverse range of expertise in labor, employment and employee benefits. The responsibilities will include:

Representing employers in litigation in federal and state courts.
Representing employers in administrative proceedings before the EEOC, NLRB, and other federal and state agencies.
Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Preparing for and attending court hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
Developing and managing strategies for defending employers in litigation.
Consulting with clients on day-to-day employment matters.
Advising employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Developing and delivering presentations to employers on labor and employment law matters.
