Hartford office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate transactional associate attorney with 5-8 years of experience in as many of the following areas as possible: mergers & acquisitions, business formation and capitalization, corporate governance, stockholder agreements and LLC operating agreements, corporate restructuring, executive compensation, securities law compliance for private placements and compensatory equity issuances, secured transactions, joint ventures, negotiated stockholder exits, and general knowledge of applicable tax and accounting concepts. The candidate must be admitted to practice law in Connecticut.
