Summary:

- Paralegal position in West Virginia Trial Division for a Fortune 100 insurance company.
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling and in-office expectations.
- Ideal candidate will have insurance defense litigation and/or plaintiff experience, bodily injury case handling experience, and subrogation experience.
- Responsibilities include providing pre-trial and trial support, conducting legal research and writing assignments, and coordinating and scheduling depositions, hearings, and meetings.
- Requires general knowledge of law office operations, practices, and procedures, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management databases.
- Must have effective communication skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
