Law Firm seeks Litigation Client Service Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or corporate setting. As a member of the Client Service Team, the Specialist will provide administrative support to a team of attorneys and ensure superior client service. This role requires knowledge of local and federal court rules, as well as advanced knowledge of the Washington, . State Court system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide superior client service by answering and screening calls, as well as assisting clients when needed
- Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless transfer of information
- Manage workflow of assigned tasks and projects, prioritizing incoming tasks to meet deadlines
- Facilitate the management of client specific data to enhance dedicated interactions
- Manage attorney calendars and assist in meeting deadlines, coordinate travel arrangements, and collaborate with clients
- Prepare legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist multiple attorneys and provide additional support and coverage for team members
- Transmit legal documents to clients, witnesses, and court officials
- Process new business requests and maintain client case files
- Coordinate client billing using sophisticated software and procedures

Requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree a plus
- Minimum of 5 years related experience at a law firm or legal/corporate department
- Working knowledge of local and federal court rules
- Experience with court/administrative agency filings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Proficiency using legal terminology and experience in related practice area(s)
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing 20-50 pounds
