Ice Miller, a leading law firm with locations in Baltimore, Chicago, Columbus, DuPage County, Illinois, Indianapolis, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, ., is seeking a litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced attorney to join a dynamic and growing team in a small office atmosphere with the resources of a top Am Law 200 firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigate bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency-related matters in state and federal courts
Argue motions and contested matters in the courtroom
Receive training opportunities with increasing levels of responsibility
Collaborate with diverse practice groups and offices
Engage in business development activities with potential for partnership growth
Work remotely two days per week

Ideal Candidate:

3-6 years of significant experience in motions practice, contested matters, and adversary proceedings
Strong knowledge of Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions
Skilled in depositions and courtroom proceedings
Excellent research and writing abilities
Team player with interest in relationship-building
Experienced in working with diverse cultures and backgrounds
Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and law school credentials

Salary range varies by location:
Baltimore, Columbus, Chicago, DuPage County, Illinois, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, and Washington, .: $215,000-$375,000 per year
New York: $215,000-$375,000 per year

Experience Information:

3-6 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and/or creditors' rights and insolvency-related matters in state and federal courts
Strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions
Significant experience in motions practice, contested matters, and/or adversary proceedings
Experience with depositions and courtroom proceedings
Prior experiences working with diverse cultures and backgrounds
