Miami office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration attorney with experience. The candidate will review immigration related applications. Will perform detailed file reviews. Visit detained clients in detention centers throughout the country. Represent clients before various government agencies (EOIR, ICE, USCIS, CBP and others). Legal consultations, case review and file review. Should have experience in drafting motions to EOIR and USCIS. Must be fully bilingual (Spanish). Proficiency in Creole language is a plus. Should have strong verbal and computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Drive/docs). Knowledge of INSZoom software is strongly preferred. Experience in Business and non-immigrant visas is a plus. Experience in representing clients before EOIR/USCIS essential. Immigration trial court experience needed.
