eDiscovery Paralegal – San Diego: Join Klinedinst's expanding eDiscovery team for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in a cohesive, team-oriented environment.

Klinedinst is seeking a motivated and experienced eDiscovery Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the litigation process and advanced knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including best practices such as the EDRM and The Sedona Conference publications. Experience with Relativity eDiscovery Software is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Intake and analyze data for loading and processing, including compiling reports, converting, editing, formatting, and normalizing data/load files as needed.
- Assist in developing effective searches and implementing data analytics in the firm's eDiscovery tools.
- Provide training and end-user support for the firm's eDiscovery tools.
- Migrate data within, to and from the firm's eDiscovery tools.
- Assist with document productions, preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery software, including loading, processing, review, analytics, and productions.
- Understanding of the EDRM model.
- Strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work cohesively with team members.

Salary:
- Pay range: $65,000-90,000 per year (depends on experience).
- Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education and experience.
