The law firm of McAngus Goudelock and Courie, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Garden City, NY. With 22 locations across the . and a strong focus on growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a professional and motivated individual with exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions
- Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation for each case
- Collaborate with other paralegals and legal staff to ensure efficient and effective case management

Qualifications:
- Four-year degree and/or certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
