The candidate will primarily be responsible for drafting comprehensive complaints and briefs in various trial and appellate courts, taking a significant role in managing large discovery matters, and performing critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues. Experience in plaintiff's side securities litigation is a must. Exceptionally strong writing, research, and analytical skills are required.
