Job Description:

- Seeking an experienced Associate with 4-6 years of trademark litigation and brand management experience
- Must have experience handling all aspects of district court and TTAB litigation, including drafting pleadings, responding to discovery requests, and conducting legal research
- Familiarity with false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secrets claims is preferred
- Extensive experience prosecuting trademark applications and providing trademark availability and registrability analyses
- Conducting online investigations and handling routine enforcement and UDRP proceedings
- Strong analytical ability and excellent communication and writing skills required
- Must be a member in good standing of the New York or Illinois State Bar, or eligible to become admitted
