Requirements

Must have superior attention to detail.
Structure, order, discipline, and unyielding consistency are a must every day.
Highly organized, even on the verge of compulsion.
Extremely systematic to the point of creating systems if not already present.
Experience managing strong personalities and managing both up and down.
Ability to train and teach team members quickly and efficiently.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as trials require.
Initiation, forethought, self-driven and mission oriented.

Qualification and Experience Education / Experience Working or recently worked in a fast-paced law firm, we prefer litigation. Graduate degree with 5 or more years’ experience managing employees.
