The candidate will have the opportunity to take advantage of a well-developed national platform as well as a supportive local office base to expand their existing client base. Should preferably have significant experience in the practice area of Management Labor and Employment Law for businesses of all stages and sizes in a national or localized practice. Must preferably have well-rounded experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Title VII, ADA, DOL, OWPA,OSHA, Wage and Hour, ERISA, FCRA, FMLA, OFCCP, WARN Act, cannabis-related employment issues, leave issues, business planning, policy drafting, workers' compensation, immigration, regulatory compliance, auditing, traditional labor and litigation, and advice; specialists in separate areas of labor and employment law are also welcome. Must have a self-sufficient book of portable business (ideally $400,000+) as well as a demonstrated drive and the potential for additional business generation. Must be admitted to practice law and license must be active and in good standing.
