Support the firm's attorneys and senior paralegals in the preparation and filing of petitions and applications with USCIS, DOL, and DOS. 



Lead communication and coordinate with clients to gather required documents required for filing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions.
Process more advanced and varied corporate immigration cases, . L-1As and L-1Bs
Prepare/draft filings to relevant federal and state agencies.
Prepare draft correspondence and memoranda.
Utilize document and case management systems to prepare, monitor, and record all aspects of client casework. 
Manage status of all filed applications and petitions and finalize documents.
Track the status of filings and inform the client of any follow up that may be necessary.
Identify problematic cases and discuss strategies and/or solutions with Sr. Paralegal/Associate Attorney.
Conduct research of immigration law and procedures. 
Show complete competence of case types and continually advance and broaden knowledge.
Train support staff on immigration practice and procedures, review work, and prepare training documents.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Non-

Prepare cases that require special handling, . Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) as needed.
Prepare internal caseload reports for management.
Assist with the development of case strategies and firm processes.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience Requirements Qualifications: Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of five years of experience as a business immigration paralegal. Experience preparing immigrant and non-immigrant (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, O-1, RFE response, etc.) filings is a required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience with direct client communication required. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to handle significant case volumes while adhering to strict time deadlines. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on ability to work with a team. Demonstrated ability to handle increasing levels of independence in case handling. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Ability to quickly adapt to new or changing systems and applications is key. Experience with database software or case management systems a plus. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
