The Product Marketing Attorney - HYBRID position at GEICO is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience at a law firm or in-house. As the Product Marketing Attorney, you will serve as an embedded legal advisor to the marketing team, providing support and guidance as they develop new marketing strategies and refine their work. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding the business objectives of the marketing team, providing legal advice and anticipating future legal needs, and coordinating support from other parts of the legal department. With your wide range of legal knowledge, you will also be able to identify any potential legal implications of business decisions and advise on mitigation strategies.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong listening and communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly understand complex business plans and processes. You must also be able to provide legal advice with incomplete information and have superb judgement when it comes to legal risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate will also be solution-oriented and have a proven track record of solving business problems and driving business metrics.
