Job Title: Trademark and Unfair Competition Litigation Attorney
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in TM/copyright litigation

Taft Law is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented attorney with at least 3+ years of experience to join our Trademark and Unfair Competition Litigation practice group. This position is available in our Chicago, Cleveland, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis office.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating claims and drafting demand letters and responses
- Filing with the TTAB (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board)
- Drafting complex briefs
- Conducting document discovery
- 1st/2nd chair deposition experience
- Negotiating settlement and coexistence agreements

Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in TM/copyright litigation
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Admission to practice law in the state where the position is located
