Saul Ewing, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Associate or Counsel to join our Tax department in multiple offices across the country. We are looking for someone with a minimum of seven years of experience in handling tax matters at the federal and state level.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Has significant experience in Partnership taxation, mergers and acquisitions, or tax considerations related to real estate investments
- Has knowledge of state and local tax laws
- Has experience working with tax-exempt organizations
- Has a strong academic background
- Possesses excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Handle complex tax matters for clients
- Provide legal advice and counsel on tax-related issues
- Conduct research and analysis on tax laws and regulations
- Work closely with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services

Qualifications:

- At least seven years of experience in tax matters
- Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
