**Law Firm** is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join the Florida office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience, a Florida Bar license, and excellent research and writing skills. This hybrid position allows for a flexible mixture of remote and intermittent in-office attendance.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

- Handle a variety of legal matters in the areas of medical malpractice, and legal malpractice experience is a plus
- Interpret statutes, rulings, and regulations with accuracy and precision
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, appeals, and contracts
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
- Analyze legal issues and present arguments in a clear and effective manner
- Conduct research and provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Remain up to date on changes in the law
- Adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations

**Qualifications and Skills**

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience
- Active Florida Bar license
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of legal and court procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
