Law Firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Attorney to join our team in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in bankruptcy, secured creditor remedies, or equipment lease financing.

**Qualifications:**

- Active Minnesota licensure or the ability to waive in to practice in Minnesota is required
- At least two years of experience in bankruptcy, secured creditor remedies, or equipment lease financing is preferred
- Superior academic performance and research, writing and analytical skills are required
- This is not a partner track position and thus offers standard working hours (40 hours a week with little, if any, weekend work required) and predictable work assignments
