- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure successful completion of projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advise clients on potential legal implications

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- 4-7 years of experience in project finance and infrastructure law
- Strong understanding of PPP space and related agreements
- Experience with secured financings and bond transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
