The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant legal professional experience and be admitted to the New York State Bar. This is a part-time position, with an average of 20 hours per week, and an annual salary range of $45,000 - $70,000 depending on years of experience.

We are looking for an applicant who has excellent researching, writing, and communicating skills and a demonstrated commitment to advancing the cause of labor unions and their members. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the practice, including participation in arbitrations and administrative disciplinary hearings.
