Detroit office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an appellate attorney with 5+ years of appellate experience. The candidate will be doing development of case strategy and advise Firm clients accordingly. Working in State, Appellate, and Federal Courts. Civil appellate experience, either practicing before or working within the appellate courts, is required. Must have very strong research, writing, legal analysis, and oral advocacy skills. Prior experience with tracking billable hours is preferred. Prior experience in insurance coverage, municipal liability, and/or No-Fault areas of law is preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
