The Law Firm of Morgan Lewis is seeking a highly qualified and experienced midlevel associate to join our labor and employment practice in our Boston office. Responsibilities:
• Handle a diverse caseload of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings, as well as before administrative agencies
• Work closely with partners and senior associates to develop strategy and manage cases
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals

Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts bar
• Three to five years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on labor and employment law
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and attention to detail
