General Liability / Toxic Tort Attorney The candidate should have a JD. Must have admission to California State Bar. Must have 3 years of experience handling General Liability or Toxic Tort cases. Have strong analytical skills. Attention to detail is required. Independent initiative including the ability to investigate, evaluate, and make recommendations that include a plan of action is essential. Preferably have prior experience litigating complex matters. Experience handling the defense of personal injury cases is desired. Admission to another Western State Bar (NV, AZ, WA, OR) is a plus.
