Job Title: IP Trademark Paralegal/Senior IP Assistant
Department: Intellectual Property (IP)
Experience: 4+ years of law firm experience with emphasis in trademark prosecution

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing trademark applications, managing prosecution through registration and post-registration, including renewals
- Coordinating with foreign counsel on national trademark applications
- Corresponding with clients regarding USPTO and foreign trademark office communications
- Managing an active trademark prosecution docket and communicating with supervising attorneys and docketing for upcoming deadlines
- Handling Trademark Trial and Appeal Board matters from filing through completion
- Coordinating trademark enforcement and customs recordals with foreign associates and in the US
- Preparing and filing copyright registrations
- Managing domain name disputes
- Tracking and entering time spent on billable projects
- Handling other billable and non-billable tasks and duties as requested, including providing coverage for teammate absences

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of law firm experience with emphasis in trademark prosecution
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Proficiency in information acquisition, including use of online databases and resources
- Proficiency in USPTO systems (TEAS, EPAS, ETAS, TESS, TSDR, TTAB, and MyUSPTO)

Salary Information:
- Typical salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience
