As a Trusts & Estates Litigation Associate, you will work closely with our experienced team of attorneys to provide legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of trusts, estates, and fiduciary litigation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and challenging cases, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills as an attorney.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of trusts, estates, and fiduciary litigation
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and assist with trial preparation
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies for clients
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court on a regular basis to provide updates and gather information

Qualifications:
- 0-5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and fiduciary litigation
- Background in marital property disputes, guardianships, trust modification and reformation, and tax and wealth transfer planning preferred but not required
- Excellent academic and career achievements
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:
- from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar
