Responsibilities:

- Handle all aspects of corporate labor and employment legal representation
- Develop creative and practical solutions for client problems
- Litigation and trial work
- Resolve governmental and workplace investigations
- Maintain extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in New Jersey (New York license preferred)
- 4+ years of labor and employment experience
- Excellent written and analytical skills
- Ability to contribute to a respectful and collegial office environment
