## Salary

Salary is BOE: $80,,+ based on experience plus the opportunity for discretionary bonuses and other incentives.

## Job Description

Attorneys at Stange Law Firm are expected to handle a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

* Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence
* Drafting pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
* Corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
* Interviewing witnesses for court cases and preparing them to testify
* Ensuring the accuracy of all documents prepared
* Promptly appearing in court on all cases assigned
* Handling all aspects of cases assigned to them
* Performing administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings
* Conducting legal research for particular issues

## Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* Indiana license required
* Family law experience is preferred but not required
* Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience
