Job Title: Business Litigation Associate Location: Newark, NJ Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Job Description: As a Business Litigation Associate at McCarter & English, LLP, you will be responsible for handling a variety of complex business litigation matters. This may include contract disputes, corporate governance issues, intellectual property disputes, and other business-related litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to work on cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced attorneys and gain valuable mentorship and training.
