Attorney – Bankruptcy Associates (3rd-8th Year) – Join Our Growing and Dynamic Law Firm in Stamford!

Overview:
- Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is seeking experienced bankruptcy attorneys to join our Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department.
- We are looking for candidates with previous bankruptcy experience in a law firm and a strong track record of handling court appearances and representing various parties in bankruptcy matters.
- This is an excellent opportunity for motivated attorneys to join a growing and dynamic law firm in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities:
- Representing creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, landlords, and trade creditors in bankruptcy matters.
- Handling substantive court appearances and providing legal counsel to clients.
- Collaborating with a team of attorneys to ensure high-quality representation for our clients.
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.

Qualifications:
- 3rd to 8th year associate with previous bankruptcy experience in a law firm.
- Strong academic credentials and analytical abilities.
- Excellent client-relations skills and the ability to work well on a team.
- Bar admission in the state of Connecticut.

Salary Information:
- The displayed salary range is for candidates who will work or reside in the state of Connecticut.
- Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, and the applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
- Certain degrees and certifications (. JD/technology) may also be considered in salary determination.
- Connecticut Salary Range: Low: $250,000 - High: $325,000.
