- Managing complex employment-related investigations across multiple Meta office locations
- Partnering with cross-functional teams including Employment Law, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Security, and Internal Audit
- Investigating complaints involving violations of law or policy
- Identifying systemic issues and utilizing data to develop long-term solutions
- Communicating effectively with all relevant parties throughout the investigations process
- Remaining respectful and empathetic in difficult and uncomfortable situations

Qualifications:

- Experience conducting investigations in multiple jurisdictions
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
- Strong relationship management skills in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a high proficiency in working with data
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
- 5+ years of experience in employment-related investigations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in identifying legal issues
- Project management experience
- Formal training or certification in investigations
- Experience in facilitation and/or mediations
- Knowledge of labor and employment law
