Experience Requirements:
- At least 2-6 years of experience as an attorney
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and analytical ability
- Attention to detail
- Previous litigation experience preferred
- Familiarity with employment class actions and federal/state employment laws

Job Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day responsibility on cases
- Conducting depositions, covering hearings, and interviewing witnesses
- Handling written discovery and writing persuasive briefs
- Demonstrating knowledge of basic employment concepts
- Taking ownership of work and assuming significant responsibility
- Becoming a member of the Arizona State Bar (if not already)
