Health Law Attorney
The candidate should have 3 years of experience. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Should also have experience in representing health care providers in transactional and regulatory matters. Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and fraud and abuse experience a plus. Responsibilities will include researching and analyzing health law issues, drafting and negotiating various contracts and transactional documents, and advising clients regarding compliance issues. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required.
