Salary Information:

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR
- Equivalent experience in a related field such as child support, legal assistant, or customer service

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed investigations to locate absent parents and verify employment and assets
- Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements for child support orders
- Monitor cases and take appropriate enforcement actions
- Maintain accurate case files and stay up-to-date on child support policies and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries and complaints
- Attend court to assist legal staff, as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of investigative practices and techniques
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to work cooperatively with others in a professional environment
- Must be able to work at assigned OAG location and travel up to 5% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of investigative practices and techniques
- Proficiency in Spanish
