Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements within the life sciences industry
- Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to ensure successful completion of transactions

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of law firm experience or 2+ years as in-house counsel for a life sciences company
