Our Transportation Practice is highly involved in defending the trucking industry, representing a variety of clients including freight carriers, transportation brokers, truck insurers, and more. We have a strong track record of success in handling a wide range of issues in the industry, making us a go-to firm for transportation-related legal matters.

The ideal candidate for this role will be admitted to practice in Texas and have at least three (3) years of insurance defense experience handling matters involving heavy trucking/tractor trailer and cargo and freight carriers. They should also have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, draft and argue motions, and take and defend depositions. We value self-starters who can work independently as well as collaboratively with our team.
