Job Title: Fall 2024 Legal Intern
Experience: Law student currently enrolled in an accredited law school

Location: Hybrid work option with choice of assigned office or location within the United States
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on education level and qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and accountants with legal research and writing
- Develop investigative strategies and analyze materials
- Work on regulatory and transactional projects, including research and preparation of reports
- Collaborate with project teams and attend public meetings
- Perform other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Law student currently enrolled in an accredited law school
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and legal research databases
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
