## Fidelity & Insurance Coverage Associate - Dallas, TX

Clark Hill PLC is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Fidelity, Surety & Coverage business unit in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate must have and should be well-versed in the areas of crime and professional liability insurance.

**Job Requirements:**

- Extensive federal court litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions and handling hearings
- Professional-lines insurance coverage experience (crime insurance experience is not required)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based setting

**Compensation:**

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience.
