The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in debt finance transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commitment letters, loan agreements, security documents and other ancillary deliverables, conducting legal research, managing deal teams and processes from initial discussions through closing and post-closing matters, and managing and conducting due diligence.

Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate commitment letters, loan agreements, security documents, and other ancillary deliverables
- Conduct legal research

- Have a high degree of contact with clients, opposing counsel and other parties

- Admission to practice in New York

Compensation:

Law Firm offers a competitive salary of $115,000 - $155,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
