Job Title: Contracts Manager - Services LLC
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: $60,800 - $146,300/year

Amazon is currently seeking experienced Contracts Managers to join their Kindle, Web Services, and Consumer/B2B retail businesses. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts for an assigned business team. Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate legal terms for a range of standard commercial contracts
• Participate in team-wide meetings and collaborative projects
• Have access and visibility to business leadership
• Develop new procedures and workflows

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience
• Experience with MS office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous in-house legal experience
• Experience in technology companies
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven analytical skills and ability to use data to measure results
• Organized self-starter with a focus on excellence and entrepreneurship
