Provide legal counsel and representation in probate matters
Manage estate administration and related client matters
Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and court filings
Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries, and court personnel
Maintain a high standard of client service and ethical legal practice
Experience practicing in probate law or a closely related field
Proven ability to manage cases independently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Commitment to a collegial and respectful work environment
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar
Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
