Responsibilities:

- Work closely with attorneys on complex cases, contributing to case strategy and analysis
- Organize and manage files using case management software
- Prepare and manage documents for discovery and disclosure
- Assist with trial preparation and provide support during trials
- Analyze medical records, if applicable

Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and editing PDFs
- Experience with case management software and time/billing software
- Knowledge of e-filing, docketing, and trial preparation
- Willingness to travel for trials

Salary Information:

- Negotiable based on experience and location
- Salary Range: $42,000 - $85,000
