Must be a current, active member of the California State Bar. Must have 3-5 years' experience in: Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, Conservatorships. Will have both the desire, and ability to become a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law. Should have significant law firm experience drafting documents, tracking billable time, managing a file from retention to closing. Distinguished academic record from a nationally recognized law school and exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
