Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on third parties before doing business with them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the compliance program
- Provide day-to-day support to in-house lawyers
- Maintain accurate records of third parties and policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in paralegal or compliance role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to handle multiple deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels of the company
- Must be able to pass background checks and be legally authorized to work in country of employment
