- Work closely with Sales organization to close revenue deals
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment between contracts, products, and operations
- Develop and optimize playbooks, checklists, and other tools to share knowledge and scale the Legal team
- Provide mentorship for other team members in the US and London
- BA/BS and JD from respected institutions
- Member of the California, New York, or other applicable bar in good standing
- Strong foundational law firm training
- Experience with privacy and data security issues relevant to SaaS
- Interest in taking on additional responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different offices and locations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting channel sales for enterprise SaaS
- Experience negotiating commercial transactions with companies in regulated industries
- Curiosity about the internet and enthusiasm for technology
- Full-time position with core business hours
- Hybrid work model with the option to split time between office and home
