Currently, NNJLS is seeking to hire a Housing Law Paralegal for its Jersey City, New Jersey office. This is a full-time position with the ability to work a hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will be well organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Title: Housing Law Paralegal

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey

Experience:
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently to interview clients, gather information, prepare and file documents, and maintain client files.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, as well as an ability to learn other programs.
• Experience with new media technologies a plus.
• Bilingual skills are also a plus.

Salary:
• Salary range for this position is $37,500 to $51,000 commensurate with experience.
• All staff receive an attractive salary and fringe benefits package.
