Corporate Counsel - Contracts at Two Harbors Investment Corp.

H1: Join Our Team as Corporate Counsel - Contracts at Two Harbors Investment Corp.

H2: Legal Support and Strategic Transactions

Responsibilities:

- Draft a variety of general corporate agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, license agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Act as a key legal resource for the business in contract negotiations and negotiation strategy.
- Manage contract execution and management, including drafting and reviewing agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Work closely with the vendor management team to prioritize and track contract status with business teams.
- Analyze legal issues related to information and data security, consumer information protection, and limitations of liability.
- Support the company's mortgage servicing program by drafting and negotiating various related documents.
- Provide legal support for other corporate and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

- JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- State Bar membership in one or more states.
- 3-5 years of corporate and/or transactional law experience.
- Strong legal and technical skills in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of contractual matters.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment.
- Versatility, maturity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
